Market Insight Manager

A Market Insight Manager is required to join the leading the source of intelligent information for businesses and professionals, to design and lead marketing community engagement programs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with either a strong Know Your Customer (KYC) or Financial Services background to be part of a service that will ensure that the global financial community can clearly identity who its corporate customers are.

The Market Insight Manager will be responsible for providing market research capability to the Proposition Marketing Director and team, utilizing both primary and secondary sources with a focus on the market, the customer and competitor activity. You will also provide analysis, forecasting and reporting that informs and improves the effectiveness of the planning then execution and optimization of marketing strategy and digital programs, including conducting research and developing regular updates, reports, on-line newsletters, presentations and other outputs to communicate findings, and making recommendations based on findings.

The successful Market Insight Manager will have an in depth and broad experience of setting up and interacting with product inspired user communities, delivering and leading workshop events that provoke input, dialogue and output that provides market and business development insight, along with broad experience of data integration, data mastering and data distribution. You will have a proven ability to analyse, map and distribute that data to best business benefit, be a confident facilitator and public speaker, and have a sound track record of gathering requirements from senior stakeholders in multiple locations globally, and the ability to produce excellent written materials and documents.
