They are passionate about enabling residents to live as independently as they can in order for them to sustain a good quality of life.
They are current seeking 4x Registered Staff Nurses on a permanent full time basis to join their homes located in the Stirlingshire area. Successful candidates will be required to work on a 12 hours rota system working 3 days out of 7 with alternate weekends off (however this can be flexible).
Candidates will be required to act in a supervisory capacity overseeing care staff on shift and report directly to the Care Home Manager and have a person centred approach to care
You must have previous experience working with elderly in a hospital/ nursing home setting and be familiar with acute needs as well as experience in overseeing resident care by ensuring care plans are updated and maintained.
Duties will also include:
Administering medication, stomas, catheter care, wound care and bloods. You will be in charge of directing staff, health and safety, risk assessments, care planning and ensuring quality standards are met in accordance with the Care Inspectorate.
In order to apply for this role you must be a qualified nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active NMC.
