Telesales / Telemarketing Sales Executive : GBP18,000 to GBP24,000 dep. on skills and experience + uncapped bonus

Based: Bradford : commutable from Leeds, Huddersfield, Halifax, Wakefield etc.

The Role

The Telesales / Telemarketing Sales Executive will support the field based sales team, identifying and developing high level sales opportunities through outbound calling to secure qualified meetings for the Sales Consultants. You may be a highly motivated graduate looking to start your career in Sales, or a Telesales / Telemarketing Executive looking for progression and a real career move within a fast growing company.

The company has a well:established marketing programme with an extensive database of contacts and potential clients. Essentially a Consultancy business, it is critical that this is reflected throughout the sales / selling process and the Telesales / Telemarketing Executive will need an intelligence:led and consultative approach to engage in free ranging discussions to build relationships with potential clients.

The Person

You may be a highly motivated recent graduate or a Telesales / Telemarketing Sales Executive already working in an outbound calling / telesales / telemarketing role. A background in information security is not required, but an understanding of technology and / or wider business experience would be an advantage. Desired skills and requirements include:

* Ability to think quickly and respond to opportunities
* Resilience, the ability to overcome objections and build relationships
* Self:motivated, can:do attitude with the drive to meet targets
* Bundles of energy and positivity
