Justot is recruiting is for an Occupational therapist to work for a specialist company that provides home monitoring equipment for vulnerable adults; you will be ideally based in the Midlands. The OT will be the companies' clinical specialist, working with new and existing customers across the across the UK in a remote capacity but maybe required to visit customers on occasion. The position works very closely with the Head of UK Development, Partnership Development Managers (PDM's) and Customer Support teams to enhance their clinical reputation within the industry. This role exists to support the PDM's in promoting the usage and maximising the benefits of using the company for customers.
Your duties will require you to -
-Support customers with clinical chart interpretation;
-Support the PDM's with any clinical queries from the customers;
-Deliver clear training sessions where necessary;
-Support the PDM's in networking with practitioner level contacts;
-To provide guidance to customers in the benefits of using the company within assessment;
-To provide guidance to customers in sharing the benefits of ongoing usage of the company for reassurance;
-Keeping on top of the telecare scene in your area.
To be considered for this role you must have
-Smart, business-like appearance
-Be currently registered with the HCPC
-Have proven experience working vulnerable adults including those with learning disabilities the elderly and mental health areas.
-Good understanding of public sector structures & processes
-A good understanding of assessment and social care
-Excellent chart reading and interpretation skills
-Excellent oral communication skills.
