Salary GBP18,000 - GBP22,000

My client is looking for fluent German, Italian and French speaking professionals for a number of sales / Account Management roles

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales trading calls to potential and existing clients.
• Setting up of new client accounts
• Providing a world class customer service when dealing with enquiries from clients through email and telephone
• Processing withdrawal requests from clients
• Taking client deposits over the phone
• Ensuring quality technical support is provided regarding the specialist platform and services
• Communicating with international offices regarding client enquiries and new accounts.

The ideal person will be of graduate calibre and have previous experience within a customer service and Admin role.
