Field Customer Service Technician - South East

Salary £18-23,000 per annum

Due to expansion, Our client are currently recruiting for a permanent Customer service Technician for the South East.

You will ideally reside in the Woking area with good Motorway access (M4/M5/M25)

Part of a manufacturing group based in Blackpool, Our client offer support nationwide to our sister company involved in the manufacture and supply of copper and stainless steel cylinders and thermal stores.

They offer a variety of extended warranty packages and responsive maintenance services to homeowners and private landlords across the country - primarily against Gledhill boilers and cylinders.


You will predominantly be responsible for undertaking basic servicing/health-checks on electric boilers.

Working from home as part of a nationwide team, a flexible attitude and the ability to work without supervision in a customer service environment are essential. You may be required to stay away for one/two nights per week.

The successful candidate must possess the following qualities :

• Must have excellent customer service skills and a cheerful disposition
• Previous fault finding experience
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Flexible, positive and "Can do" attitude
• Full valid driving licence
• CRB Checked

You will be supplied with a small van, phone, uniform, parts and all required equipment.

Full training will be given.
