Commercial Property Lawyers x 3, NQ-3PQE, 6PQE and 8PQE (or equivalent)
The Real Estate Group is one of the largest in the UK, being spread nationally. The group is made up of teams advising on real estate, construction, planning, property litigation, and environmental. Clients include commercial and residential developers, investors, retail and leisure operators, social housing bodies, major corporate occupiers, banks and other funders and a range of public sector bodies.
With work levels rising and continued growth, this team team is expanding and looking to recruit a solicitor (NQ-3PQE) offering broad experience of landlord and tenant matters, corporate support and portfolio management) an Associate (6PQE) with experience in landlord and tenant, acquisition, sales, portfolio management and corporate support, and a Senior Associate (8PQE) offering experience of investment sales/acquisitions, portfolio management, landlord and tenant, corporate support, supervision/management and business development.
These are exciting, hands-on opportunities where the successful candidates can expect exposure to first rate and challenging work for top end clients, plenty of responsibility and a real investment in their career development.
An excellent academic record and strong track record of working closely with clients on quality commercial real estate work is required.
