LSA - HLTA in SEN - PRU

SECONDARY PRU / SEN / LSA experienced staff needed.

We are currently recruiting for experienced SEN Secondary support staff to help work in our local schools.

We have been awared for the 6th year running to continue our service on the Herts frame work as a recommended recruitment partner for our SEN schools in Hertfordshire.

Looking for experienced staff to work in all different types of SEN schools.

Due to our current success in the Hertfordshire area matching staff to the right schools. We have been working with our schools for several years and we have built up a close relationships with the Head Teachers and senior management teams, always working to provide the right support to meet their specific needs and requirements.


Its important for us as recruiters to know excatley what our schools are looking for in staff. You will need to have experience of working in these types of schools and students with the following:

SEBD - Social Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.
Short Stays/PRU - children that are unable to be in school including exclusions
ASC - Autistic Spectrum Condition
PMLD - Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties
SLD - Severe Learning Difficulties
Secure Units/YOI (Young Offender Institutions)
