This is a full time position (36 hours per week, 5 days in 7) with some evening and weekend working.

We are looking for a Concessions Supervisor to work in our new Concessions store based in the House of Fraser, Bournemouth.

Previous experience in Fashion Retail with a flair for visual merchandising is essential.

You will be our brand ambassador with responsibility for providing our customers with an excellent standard of service.

You will also be responsible for organising rotas for your team, managing their performance and exceeding sales targets.

You must be well presented and confident with drive and enthusiasm to provide an excellent level of customer service.

We are launching 5 Concession stores across the UK this autumn, an exciting new venture for our client as we expand on our successful catalogue and online business.
