The Role:
In this role you will provide back-up management support and be responsible for the running of the Store on adhoc days. The duties include; banking, merchandising for promotions, leading and motivating the team and ensuring that the highest standards are maintained. This is a great opportunity to gain some hands on management experience.

We require:
An individual who is fashion conscious, energetic, passionate and driven. You will have an aspiration to be the best and will display a huge amount of passion and knowledge about our product range. You will be conscientious in following instructions and have a desire to achieve.

You will be dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service to all our customers to ensure they leave happy and keep coming back and will demonstrate some leadership skills to ensure the team achieve targets. Above all you must have a passion to succeed and make it happen. You must have at least two years previous retail experience and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
