<p>Newly Qualified Chartered Building Surveyor<br /> London<br /> £32,000 - £36,000 plus benefits package</p> <p>Our client is now looking for a newly chartered Building Surveyor to take responsibility for the day to day provision of building surveying services to actively promote and generate fees successfully.<br /> &nbsp;<br /> This position is key in offering a professional service which will include; new build, refurbishment, maintenance, dilapidations, party walls, insurance valuations, structural surveys and general building surveying advice. You will also support Associate Partners with presentations and bids, to ultimately contribute to the client portfolio. You will work to set legal requirements and Best Practice, to guarantee customer care is a priority at all times and high standards are maintained.<br /> &nbsp;<br /> Their ideal candidate will have solid Surveying experience and hold a degree or appropriate diploma in a relevant subject. You will hold a membership with RICS and have sound working knowledge of relevant legislations including Health &amp; Safety, Building and Fire Regulations. &nbsp;Based in London with regular travel to other sites, it is essential that you have a full UK driving licence.</p>
