So, SSG will launch your company, 100% owned by you, for free & then provide on-going support for your new business in exchange for a descending percentage of the billing of the Company (which is never more than 30%).
No fixed costs, no 'up-front' fees, no weird (& not so wonderful) loan agreements - just an honest, transparent & exceptional service to motivated Recruiters.
THE LAUNCH!
Firstly comes all the boring (but necessary) bits including companies house registration, VAT, bank accounts and factoring etc.
Then we really begin.. our designers will work with you on your new logo and branding, and build a bespoke website with all the features you would expect from a modern recruitment business.
We give you business cards and stationery, a recruitment CRM and access to LOADS of job boards and job posting credits, you will even get REC approved terms of business and contracts.
THE ON-GOING SUPPORT
SSG provide an unrivalled support service to your business, We take care of everything from invoicing and credit control to banking, finance and payroll of course. You do the sales and recruiting, we take care of everything else.
Our team of in-house experts are always on hand to offer advice and recruitment mentoring- anything you need to do your job from a team who have been lucky enough to be 11 years ahead of you now!

You are an experienced Recruiter / Manager working in an agency with a burning desire to work on your own the motivations are many but generally, you will have just reached that point where something has to change.
