ICT Teacher - Buckinghamshire
My client is a SEN school based on the outskirts of Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
The special day school provides high quality education for children between the ages of 5 and 18. The school meets the needs of a diverse group of pupils who primarily have complex educational needs, communication difficulties and challenging behaviours. Offering a unique curriculum for the development of social and emotional skills for children with Special Educational Needs.
They are looking for a qualified teacher of ICT to work with small classes of students that have mixed abilities throughout their secondary site.
The suitable candidate will need to be a good all round teacher as you will be teaching the full curriculum. This role is to start in January 2015.
You will need to be a hard-working, determined and passionate individual who will persevere through challenges in order to reap the great rewards that can come with teaching SEN Children.
If you consider yourself to be an outstanding qualified teacher with a special needs background and have taught children with learning disabilities, including ASC, BESD, ADD, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia then this could be the job for you.
A DBS check is essential and we can provide this if you do not already have a DBS place or have a current CRB and appropriate references will also be be undertaken.
If this is not the role for you, but you are looking to work in this geographical area, please get in touch with Katie Reynolds at Protocol Watford office as we have numerous roles and work available across mainstream and SEN settings. On daily, short and long term contracts. . Date posted: 09/04/2014
