With more than 300 Alternative Payment Methods in operation; consumers are clearly embracing new ways to pay for goods and services. The value of Alternative Payments last year increased 21% with turnover up 44%. As part of our Alternative Payments team you will be part of developing the solutions that are driving this revolution in modern money.
The Role
As a BA in eCommerce Delivery you will focus on: Adding value to customers by challenging requirements, Providing expert insight and proposing cost effective alternatives. Capturing both business and technical requirements you will support eCommerce technology and project/product implementation through, for example, the creation and maintenance of product and sprint backlogs. To succeed in this role you will be required to:
You
- Combine core BA skills with strong commercial acumen.
- Have excellent understanding of the project life cycle applied to a Waterfall, Prince2 and Agile (Scrum) environment.
- Apply a range of analytical techniques
- functional business models, relational Datamodelling, user cases, activity and sequence diagrams using formal techniques (UML, BPMN)
- to support the modelling and understanding of a business and its operations. Support your technical skill set
- it is imperative you understand the context of your work and recognise the impact of cost and sales on profitability. Given this role will be aligned to our Alternative Payments business it will be useful to have;
* Experience in the design and integration of APIs.
* A good working knowledge of XML, MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Visio) along with Bizagi and JIRA.
* Product knowledge or exposure to the Payments Industry or similar - cards, digital banking, digital wallets or vouchers.
