Forget about pen pushers and clock watchers. Our sales representatives are super sharp and switched on. Flexible, friendly and up for any challenge. So if you join the team as a sales representative, get ready for something new.
We represent a variety of charities and fundraise on their behalf by visiting people’s homes. When our sales representatives knock on the door, our potential customers might not be interested straight away. So you’ll need to gain their trust - asking the right questions to find out what makes them tick and what they’re looking for. You’ll be given on-going product training so you’ll have all knowledge at your fingertips to help people make an informed decision.
Our top sales representatives come from all sorts of different backgrounds. Any experience you may have will be helpful but this is not essential.
The type of sales representatives we’re looking for this self-employed and commission only role are persistence and persuasion, but never aggressive.
