Supporting the Digital Service Manager, you'll make sure your team deliver exciting user centric digital products. You'll be immersed in the detail of building new digital services and continual product improvements, identifying near and long-term priorities and delivering rapid user-driven prototypes. You will work in a fast paced agile and collaborative environment, engaging with your team, key stakeholders and technology teams to define and maintain the product backlog. You'll be as busy as you'll be fulfilled.
For this role you will need:
- A passion to deliver outstanding digital products and services;
- Good business analysis skills and the ability to understand business value and translate into user stories;
- Background working in an agile environment;
- Experience of team leadership and mentoring, with the ability to motivate and encourage self-management and collaborative working;
- Experience of leading and delivering web and digital solutions with transactional capability and interfacing to customer data systems;
- Team leading experience;
- Ability to motivate your team.
