The UK enjoys some of the best-resourced and most highly-regarded public services in the world. These services, and many others, are funded through our taxes. HMRC is there to make sure everyone pays their share. The world is changing and taxpayers, like everyone, need a more responsive and more straightforward digital service. Around 50 million users will be accessing your technology - challenges, and the satisfaction for a job well done, don't get any bigger.
You'll be working in a large, multi-disciplinary team of colleagues, contractors and third-party suppliers to specify, collect and present key performance data and analysis for one or more of our digital services. You'll help Product Managers understand whether their service meets performance requirements, communicate with stakeholders, deliver high quality analysis, share best practice right across government and help the team identify and overcome obstacles. You're a born problem solver, familiar with data analysis, web analytics and visualisation tools such as Google Analytics, Splunk, Google Refine, Tableau, R, and Excel
