Protocol Education are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to work in one of our Brent Primary Schools. You will be working 1:1 with a child who has Dyslexia as well as supporting small literacy intervention groups for children who are not yet achieving their full potential.
Ideally you will:
* Have previous experience of working in a School Nursery or School Classroom setting.
* Have experience of working with children who have additional needs, both educational and behavioural.
* Have good communication skills with staff, children and parents
* Be able to work as part of a team, but also use initiative and self- direction when needed
Please note the following requirements prior to applying for this position:
1. you need to supply two years of references of which at least one must be from a school setting
2. you must have a good level of both spoken and written English
