Protocol Leeds offer extensive on-the-job training, which runs alongside our central training. On appointment at Protocol you attend a week-long induction in London where we ensure you complete the week with the core skills and information you need to build upon. We give you the skills to ensure you build rewarding relationships with schools and candidates alike.

To be the best though, you have to be prepared to work for it; after all, recruitment is a tough job! To be a recruiter, you will have to come in with a tough attitude and prepare for some disappointments along the way. But, most of all, prepare for some great times! We have lots of days when we have flashes of pure genius! We devise a brilliant marketing campaign or we make our best sales call ever; that's always rewarding! We'll sometimes speak to a school every other agency in Leeds has tried to turn into a client - and failed - but we have them eating out of our hands. Days like that happen all the time at Protocol because our reputation precedes us.

The Protocol Leeds team are the fastest growing branch in the UK. We intend to stay that way so the person we recruit will be managed, developed, guided and motivated to be one of our team from the outset.

Access to a car is a must for the purpose of our regular client visits - that's another benefit by the way, lots of opportunity to get out and about and visit the people you work with on a regular basis. We don't believe in being tied to our desks!

Annual salary - OTE up to GBP35k in the first year depending on sales/recruitment/education experience - remember we want to hear from you even if you don't have experience yet. Consultants who have been with us a while regularly clear over GBP45k per annum.
