Worldpay E-commerce Division provides merchants with the ability to accept payments for online (customer not present) transactions. It offers a payment gateway(s), global credit card processing (multi-currency), a wide network of local (non-card) payment methods, fraud prevention services and treasury services through a single technical connection. The company currently processes payments for many of the global leaders in eCommerce across the globe. E-commerce is a huge growth area for the business; the division is highly profitable with double digit growth.
What Do We Want From You?
This role will provide technical expertise working in support of the Implementation and commercial teams during the pre-sales engagement (for new and existing merchants) to assist with sales of Worldpay products, as well as the post-sales support arena to ensure optimum service delivery. The primary objective of the role being to provide technical expertise and support in the integration of a Customer solution to the Worldpay Gateway(s), ensuring optimal set up to facilitate the most effective and supportable solution. The role can be based in either London or Cambridge but regular travel to both locations will be required. Travel on a global basis will also be required on a global basis in order to fully support our customers and internal partners alike.
What Do You Need To Have?
Ideally you will have eCommerce/Financial Institution background with good understanding of card payments and ideally Worldpay gateways an understanding of card acquiring products would also be advantageous. Experience of working within a B2B customer facing environment and experience of working in a pre-sales or sales aligned role.
