My client school is a very popular and successful 2 form entry Primary school based in the borough of Richmond. The school is very well established and is one of the oldest schools in the borough. The Local Authority have invested heavily in the school and although the building have kept their traditional historic features inside the school is completely modernised with state of the art computer systems.

Children are attending the school come from a broad range of social and ethnic backgrounds reflecting a vibrant, multi cultural community. Children learn from a creative, inclusive curriculum which is tailored to their needs and interests.

The post will be a fixed term 1 year maternity cover starting at the October half term, there is a strong possibility that this post will become permanent on successful completion of the fixed term period. The role will be to class teach a high achieving, well behaved Year 4 class of 30 children.
You will need to be enthusiastic, diligent and have a sound understanding of Key Stage 2 curriculum. It is essential that you have qualified teacher status (QTS) and a proven track record of raising attainment.
