Mystery Shoppers Required - Temporary/Short Term
Cosine Field Marketing is working with a household electronic brand on a campaign to mystery shop a well-known baby and child superstore.
You will engage store staff/product demonstrators with the aim of understanding their knowledge of breast pumps and associated products. You will gauge their professionalism and understand which products they would recommend and why.
Requirements for the role:
• Proven experience of doing mystery shopping
• Access to the internet/experience of web reporting
• Great memory!
• Excellent communication skills
• Due to the nature of the female related product that is being mystery shopped, the requirement for this role is that you are a female, between the ages of 18-60.
You will be required to make calls in your area; each call (with reporting) should last no longer than an hour, pay rate from GBP10.00 per call. Depending on the location of some of the calls, you may need to have your own vehicle in which case mileage will be paid.
Calls need to be made between 08:00 and 18:00
Briefing will be via webinar (on-line briefing) on 30 September 2014 (am). You need to be able to complete the call between 30 September and 5 October 2014.
