We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join the team in Caerphilly. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the successful candidate will provide vital support to the Account Managers and be expected to deliver outstanding customer service.

The Customer Service Representative Role: 

Key Responsibilities:

> To build strong, proactive relationships with customers to engender growth opportunities and ensure customer retention

> Take every opportunity to develop our relationship and grow customer loyalty

> To expedite orders and manage business through the export process

> To ensure all new sales opportunities are handled quickly and dealt with appropriately

> To fully understand the needs of the customer

Key Tasks:

> Order processing 

> Telephone, email & fax contact with customers

> Handling of general enquiries 

> Proactive follow up of quotations and leads 

> Comply with all quality procedures

We Are Looking For:

> The successful candidate will have the ability to work using their own initiative and will be highly motivated 

> It is essential that you are numerate, computer literate, helpful, and above all an excellent communicator – all of which serve to ensure we provide a first class service to our customers

> A customer service background would be desirable

> Experience of SAP and previous experience/knowledge of the Export industry would be advantageous but not essential.
