Global publisher with revenues of $1.8 billion is hiring a Senior Account Manager to sell print and digital content products into the healthcare sector.
The Senior Account Manager Opportunity:
We are recruiting for a position to maximise the sales of our print and digital content direct to healthcare organisations, primarily through their libraries, in the UK, to achieve and exceed annual sales targets. Reporting into the Regional Sales Director, UK and Ireland, and working with UK Sales, Marketing, Sales Support, Customer Service and Editorial colleagues this position will deliver on shared objectives and to ensure customer satisfaction.
The role will encompass Sales, Market Development and Cross Team Collaboration/Key Account Management.
Senior Account Manager Selection Criteria:
> Previous sales experience is essential for this role, ideally within the healthcare sector
> An understanding of academic and research institutions
> The successful candidate will use their initiative and be able to think creatively
> This role needs someone who can self-organise and prioritise, with good numeracy skills
> Another European language would be an advantage but not essential
> Accuracy and attention to detail is also important
