Marketing Project Manager, Global Digital Business Processes

Marketing Project manager required by world leading media brand as they look to completely redefine their marketing processes and systems globally to drive efficiency and growth.

As the clear leader in their niche of the Media space this team have grown into every corner of the globe and now support over 500 leading brands spanning multiple industries bringing entire communities together on a big scale. With such a substantial presence in so many different locations they are undertaking a comprehensive digital transformation product to improve service and drive and growth across the group.

The successful Marketing Project Manager will report into the Marketing Director and work with teams through the company to establish a standard process of working and linking the broad marketing efforts into the company's overall systems and web infrastructure. A continuous process optimisation task; you will plan, set up and configure online platforms to facilitate online customer activities and customer experiences. Renowned for innovation in this field there will be a challenge of enabling the group to improve processes from standardisation whilst maintaining the reactive abilities and culture that allow them to constantly raise the bar in terms of effective marketing and exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal Project Manager for this role will have come from a marketing focused background with a solid knowledge of web technologies (CMS, CRM, ESP etc) and experience liaising with C-level executives to spec out, plan and deliver comprehensive global digital transformations. Stakeholders management must be exceptional to ensure that expectations and requirements are understood and manage as the role will have a serious impact of major areas of the business.
