Customer Services Manager

You will be responsible to the Customer Service Director for the development and performance of all service staff within the business, providing management and direction to the service team and leadership and motivation in achieving customer service targets.

You will ensure the renewal cycle is adhered to and encourages the creation of income opportunities from existing clients and new, creating plans and strategies to convert opportunities into income.

Providing accurate management information on service achievements and team performance is another key part to this role. You will also develop effective customer service strategies that support company goals, targets and objectives.

Key Skills & Experience required:

* Experience of working within Insurance or Financial Services would be advantageous.
* Exposure to working in a highly regulated environment is essential.
* Excellent Communication and people skills
* An excellent understanding of customer needs
* Significant experience of dealing with customers face to face and over the phone
* Strong management and motivational skills is really important
* Good problem solving skills
* The ability to meet targets and deadlines
* Excellent decision making skills
