Change Project Manager

Duties Include:

• Ensure timely completion of project deliverables within agreed budget.
• Identify and manage risks, applying strict control over the project scope, costs and timescales.
• Monitor the progress of the project schedule, making adjustments as necessary and ensuring expectations are managed throughout.
• Engage with the business in the design and shaping of business critical change programmes.
• Responsible for the design, delivery and implementation of multiple work streams.

Professional & Personal Competencies:

• Strong understanding of wealth management business.
• The ideal candidate will have worked for an Asset Management company in a project management capacity.
• Applicants who have not worked within Wealth, Private, Investment or Retail banking will not be taken forward.
• Proven full life cycle project management experience within regulatory environment.
• Knowledge of MIFID, FATCA, CASS.
• Excellent collaboration skills locally and nationally.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels of the organisation.
• PRINCE2 or other project management qualification.
