Sales Executive

Location: Doncaster

Salary: OTE £30,000 per annum

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: 45 hours per week (Shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays)

Our unique business model launched as a used car retail innovator in 1999. We now have 5 retail stores which stock up to 3,500 cars at any one time, five state-of-the-art service centres and a super-sized preparation centre.

The role in a nutshell

To deliver a friendly, customer orientated service through adhering to the Journey at all times, ensuring monthly sales targets are achieved.

What you will be doing

- Meet and Greet Customers

- Demonstrate the ability to build rapport with Customers

- Propose a range of vehicles and packages available (Finance, Paint Protection)

- Communicate with the Business Specialist Team & Line Manager regularly on deals

- Conduct test drives with Customers, ensuring trade plates are visible and details of the Customers’ driving licence are taken.

- Achieve the minimum standard set within performance

- Establish and develop productive working relationships with internal and external Customers

- Adopt a ‘can do’ approach to achieving goals and take personal responsibility for performance.

What we expect from you

- Hold a full UK/EU Driving Licence

- Ability to make friends and build rapport with our Customers

- Ability to communicate with a diverse work and Customer group

- Ability to portray a professional image at all times

- Ability to establish good time keeping

- Self-motivated and driven to succeed and achieve

- Desirable – Previous retail sales experience
