With expansion in the business means we now have a need for a HR Administration Assistant to join our Business Support department.
About the Role
As our HR Administration Assistant you will providing comprehensive administrative support to the Business Support Manager. You will be responsible for the personnel function for the business.
Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Dealing with new starters, leavers and transfers
- Putting together new starter packs
- Arranging exit interviews for the Business Support Manager
- Dealing with holiday queries, monitoring manager approvals and reference requests
- Tracking and monitoring sickness
- Managing the performance development administration including 121s and PDPs
- Monthly board reports for sickness, staff development and starters and leavers
- Producing any paperwork for employee changes, including contractual changes
About You
The successful candidate will possess strong organisational and administrative skills. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience during the recruitment process:
- Good time management
- Methodical approach and ability to self-motivate
- Professionalism and discretion
- HR administration experience is highly desirable
- Experience in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
The Package
We are offering a generous basic salary of up to £15,000 pro rata depending on experience per annum plus Death in Service benefit and 20 days holiday entitlement pro rata + bank holidays.
