Part time - Accounts administrator - Oxford

This is a 1 year maternity cover and you will be required to work 22.5 hours a week

Key duties:
• Banking and bank statement reconciliation
• Control of purchase and sales ledgers
• Keeping records of payment/late payments
• Management of petty cash
• Production of monthly management and financial statements
• Assisting with the quarterly financial reports for the Board
• Draft preparation of the annual budget
• Production and processing of Annual Sales Invoices
• Preparation of End of Year Accounts
• Assist the auditor with the year end audit
• Looking for competitive - long-term and short-term treasury deposits rates
• Procurement of office equipment
• Invoicing for Professional Development programme
• Booking staff hotel rooms
• Process and reconcile the Company Credit Cards

Person Specification/Qualifications;
• Ideally AAT Qualified or training towards level 4 or qualified by experience
• Working in a professional small team
• Knowledge of TAS books wold be an advantage
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Invoicing clients
• Capable of working autonomously
• Experience of credit control
