A Receptionist / Admin Assistant is required to join the largest independent reprographics company in the UK with a network of 25 branches and over 350 employees across the UK and Ireland. They are a long established company with over 40 years experience working with Architects, Engineers, Construction and Media companies, providing a comprehensive range of reprographic services, document management solutions and supporting consumable products.

The Applicant:

You will be a highly driven individual who has excellent communication skills, smart appearance and the ability to work well under pressure and your own initiative. Ideally you will have experience within customer services, proficient in basic computing packages (MS Office). Although not essential, it would be beneficial for any prospective candidates to hold a full UK drivers licence.

The Position:

As the Receptionist of a busy bureau, you will be the first point of contact to their clients acting as the face of the company.

Key Tasks:

- Advising customers on the range of services offered
- Proving accurate pricing for reprographic services and consumables
- Ensure the reception area is kept presentable and well stocked
- Coordinate the stationary consumable orders and delivery notes in readiness for customer dispatch.
- Take customer payment via telephone or cash order for both reprographic and consumable sales
- Preparing goods order for dispatch for out In house couriers
- Provide assistance within the print room as and when required
