Office Administrator - Support/Invoicing/PO's/Word/Excel

We have an immediate requirement for an Office Administrator working in a friendly Sales and Service office near Maidenhead, with flexible working hours, within the Monday - Friday working week.

Due to the location of the office, the successful candidate will need to have a driving license or means to get to the office without public transport.

Overall responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining all customer records, invoicing, service history etc. on the company CRM system.
  • Supporting the Company Director on day to day tasks, and take responsibility for co-ordinating the office in their absence.
  • Liaising with customers and field engineers to ensure all jobs are serviced in a timely fashion.
  • Booking engineers onto jobs and allowing them access to client sites
  • Office procurement and raising of Purchase Orders.

Skillset required:

  • An extremely well organised individual with prior experience of office administration.
  • A confident communicator, who can deal with customers in a friendly, professional manner and also take charge of organising the office and engineers when required.
  • Proficient IT user able to work across various Microsoft packages (Excel/Word) and has the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
  • A friendly, communicative person who enjoys their work and working as part of a small office team.
  • Ability to muli-task
