SEN 1:1 Teacher

Are you a qualified teacher looking to work on a 1:1 basis with SEN students on either a full time or part time basis? If so, then please get in touch as we are looking for people to work from as little as 3 hours per week.


The Job:

We are proud to support a diverse portfolio of schools, academies and independent provisions within the Essex area. These schools range in size, catchment, background and ethos.
The role will be working with vulnerable students from a range of backgrounds with a range of SEN difficulties. The hours of work will vary depending on which child/children you are working with and their individual requirements.
We are looking for candidates who ideally have the following skills and experience:

* Experience of working with SEN Students on a 1:1 basis (although candidates with experience with non SEN students may also be considered).
* Have the desire to make a difference to the lives of vulnerable children.
* Good communicator with excellent interpersonal & nurture skills.
* Have QTS

The School:

As mentioned we are currently working with various Schools and provisions looking for 1:1 support so depending on your location and the requirements in your area you could potentially be working in a School setting, a local library or even the students home.

The Child:

We understand that every school and child is different so we carefully match our teachers with the schools and children to which they work with best. Therefore, whether your background is in EBD, SLD, MLD, Autism or any other Special Needs sector we are very keen to hear from you.
