Our client is a successful specialist recruitment agency which is part of a larger group  Over the last 22 years they have been providing  clients with the highest calibre of staff.

Our experienced consultants cover all levels of positions from junior roles, sales, transport operations, freight operations and various management opportunities all the way up to board level vacancies.

They are now recruiting for an Office Administrator / Resourcer to support our group of recruitment consultants in our Sale office, in Greater Manchester.

 

Your role will include:

  • All aspects of administrative duties 
  • You will use your skills to assist in marketing and public relations activity, whilst also supporting Consultants in an administration capacity
  • You will manage the social networking sites, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
  • You will be responsible for the day to day procedures of looking after the temporary workers 
  • You will use your skills and knowledge to push forward new ideas.
  • You will help identify and target potential areas for new business, whilst also supporting Consultants in the sourcing of suitable candidates
  • You will manage 5 job boards that are used and the jobs advertised on the  website.

  • Outgoing with a high level of organisation and flexibility
  • Hard-working, possess a business acumen and have the ability to work on your own initiative
  • Have career aspirations towards a sales / marketing / recruitment environment
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have excellent IT skills - this is essential.
