Lead Test Analyst/Lead Test Consultant (Finance) - Join a world-leading IT consultancy and thought leader within the Software Testing field. 

Sogeti UK are looking for Lead Test Consultants to work on our client sites including some household names across a number of industry sectors, including banking, finance, insurance, defence, aerospace and media/digital. For your first Sogeti UK project you will be working with a customer in the financial sector.

As a Sogeti UK Lead Test Analyst/Lead Test Consultant (Finance) you will:

• Get a chance to work with the latest testing tools in the market and upskill in test tools you might never have had the chance to work with.
• You will work onsite, representing the global Sogeti brand with a range of customers to gain invaluable experience, quickly.
• Work to the latest methodologies such as Agile/Scrum - We also use our own industry recognised methodology TMAP
• Gain experience within a market leader and have a genuine and transparent career path mapped.
• Have access to Sogeti Training; the UK's leading provider of software testing training services.

As a Lead Test Analyst/Lead Test Consultant (Finance), we're looking for:

• Previous exposure to working in a commercial software testing environment (Creating test strategies and test plans)
• High proficiency with use of all modules in HP QC or ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)
• Candidates who are adaptable and keen to learn new testing tools and methodologies.
• Past experience managing test resource allocation and delegate tasks accordingly to the team
• Thorough knowledge of the SDLC and QA/Test methodologies
• Experience working in an Agile and Waterfall environment
• Flexibility on travel/work locations.
• Excellent client facing and communication skills  
• An ISEB Foundation in software testing desirable but not essential as this is just one of the courses we offer via Sogeti Training.
