This secondary school in Ealing are looking for a recent graduate to start as a teaching assistant in their English department. You will work across Key Stage 3 and GCSE age groups supporting students with their learning in the classroom and teaching small groups of students.

The school is in a residential area of Ealing and was awarded "Good" status at a recent Ofsted inspection. The school has a number of Teaching Assistants in similar roles and implements a buddy system to ensure that your career starts as smoothly as possible. The school is a lead school in the school direct programme and regularly takes teaching assistants on its teacher training programme.

The role starts in September and is full-time until at least July 2015. The SENCO looks for bright, engaging graduates who can bring their creativity and personality to the role. Experience working with young people on a voluntary or employed basis will be invaluable. As part of your development, the school would like you to lead an extra-curricular club. Therefore the school are looking for someone with experience in areas including drama, an additional language and sport.
