The Company:
Our client is a well established manufacturer with a huge presence worldwide.     
 
Main duties:
To be the main point of contact for customers within both the UK and Germany, dealing with all enquiries and providing quotations.  


The Role:
-Processing customer orders using the company’s IT system
-Tracking shipments to ensure that all deliveries are made on time
-Coordinating with various departments within the company
-Handling all customer enquiries in a polite and efficient manner, both on the telephone and over email
-Assisting the Sales Manager with market research and pricing of products    
-Dealing with credit control duties
-Translating relevant documents
-Handling customer complaints politely and efficiently 
-Distributing newsletters to customers with information of new products 

The Candidate:
-Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
-Previous experience within a customer service or admin role essential

-Experience with CRM systems   
-High level of commercial awareness
-Computer literate 
-Extremely organised
-Strong attention to detail 
-Excellent communication skills
-A dynamic personality and a team player
-A natural problem solver

Salary: Up to £20k pa  + bens (22 days holiday)
