Workshop Supervisor Needed for an Internationally Successful Truck Hire Company.

As a Workshop Supervisor you will:

• Be responsible for the routine operation of the workshop in terms of efficiency, cost containment, customer service levels, maintenance standards and safety performance.
• Organise workshop workload ensuring company quality and efficiency standards are achieved.
• Supervise workshop employees and monitors performance levels.

As Workshop Supervisor you will be the essential contact between the technicians and the Workshop Manager.

The role is primarily supervisory as opposed to hands on but a technical background as a technician is essential for the understanding of how a busy workshop runs.

You will ideally have experience of working as a Workshop Supervisor overseeing technicians and scheduling tasks while ensuring health ad safety and best working practices are observed at all times.
