Fixed Term Contract - 3 months
QA are looking for a consultant with extensive experience of desktop migration projects to join the team on a fixed term contract to assist in the management and recruitment of personnel for our projects.
You will be responsible for screening, vetting and interviewing of candidates applying for a multitude of role across varying work streams on large projects. These roles will involve positions in Business Engagement, Business Readiness, Communications and Training work streams. Positions involve, but not limited to, Communications Managers, Project Managers, Lead Trainers, Trainers, Business Analysts and other support staff. A thorough understanding of the responsibilities of such roles and how they fit into projects is essential.
This role will also involve on-boarding of contractors, induction of new staff, monitoring performance and quality, dealing with complaints and poor performance.
Skills
- Experience of managing training rollouts including large trainer teams & coordinators
- Experience of recruitment and interviewing
- Experience of people management
- Experience of managing remote teams desirable
- First class organisational skills
- Proven track record of dealing with stakeholders
- Experience of working on large scale desktop migration projects
You should ideally have your own transport as there will be a requirement for extensive travel to carry out this role.
