Job Title: Helpdesk Administrator / Scheduler
Location: Manchester, M4
Salary: £13,000 - £16,000 depending on experience
Position: Full Time, Permanent

Job Role:
The company are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join their team of 10 Helpdesk Administrators.
You will liaise with the company’s engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to arrange for customer security problems to be rectified. Flexibility is essential as holiday and absence cover may be required for other colleagues.
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will be / have;
- The ideal candidate will work well under pressure
- Have a good knowledge of locations throughout the UK
- You will be required to take incoming and make outgoing calls speaking to colleagues, on the road engineers and customers in a professional and patient manner
- Confident use of computers is essential and
- The successful candidate will have to use the company’s operating system as well as Microsoft programmes on a daily basis.
