Account Director: CRM - Integrated agency in South Manchester
We are looking for an Account Director to join a highly renowned integrated agency, based in either their South Manchester or London office. The role will manage one of the agencies largest accounts - a major B2B client - and requires significant experience CRM & Data driven communications experience.
Our client has an outstanding reputation for the work they produce for their clients, backed up by the numerous awards they've collected in recent years. The Account Director will manage an established, successful team of Account Handlers and will be responsible for developing the clients CRM strategy and ensuring work is completed to a high standard, within budget.
They are looking for a commercially focussed Account Director / Senior Account Director who can demonstrate:
- Significant knowledge and experience of CRM and Data, managing large integrated communications strategies.
- Experience managing teams - excellent leadership skills are essential.
- Successful track record managing large accounts, demonstrating the ability to build effective relationships with clients.
- Project management and Digital experience would be a distinct advantage.
