Are you an outstanding programme manager with a proven track record of managing successful, complex change management programmes, with excellent communication skills and experience of Lean methodology?
The Research Councils UK (RCUK), the strategic partnership of the UK's seven Research Councils, are seeking to appoint a Programme Manager to co-ordinate the Project Initiation development of a change programme in response to the Department for Business Innovation & Skills (BIS) Strategic Review (carried out late 2013) of the Research Councils. The review identified a number of recommendations that will impact on the way the Research Councils and RCUK operate. An over-arching objective of the programme is to achieve a reduction in administration costs across all RCUK in a manner that is achieved by team-working and a process-driven methodology.
