Team Leader Full Time and Part Time Evenings / Weekends

OTE GBP7920 - GBP8500 Per annum

Ideally you will be someone familiar with the charity calling sector and you may not be a team leader currently but ready for that move. Our business is recognised for its quality, professional standards and out ethical calling standards. We work to the very highest standards without compromise and we expect everyone to come up to those standards.

The role will require some time on the phone to keep your hand in but the majority will be around supporting those on the phone, driving performance and ensuring we meet the growing demands of the charities we work with and the high expectations of our industry. We are in a fantastic position to grow over the next 12 months and now want to put the team in place to develop that management team to support our targeted growth. Working with the operations manager and directors you will be a decisive person with experience, desire to improve and be driven by high standards.

This role will be instrumental in allowing us to move the business forward to its next natural step in the growth of our clients and of our services. Maintaining our existing standards and ensuring we meet the targets set by the directors of the company will be a challenge you understand and can impact.
