We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Brighton on a 3 month fixed term contract. Working hours are Monday to Friday 4pm-7pm and Saturday 10am-1pm (18 hours)

Part Time Customer Service Representative - Key responsibilities

- Deliver an excellent level of service and a quality customer experience.

- Maximise all sales and retention opportunities.

- Meet all individual and team targets, service level agreements and objectives.

- Ensure that the Society’s 5 core values are an integral part of service delivery and run through all

aspects of daily workloads.

- Maximise all continuous improvement and efficiency opportunities.

- Making outbound customer telephone calls and maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all

times.

- Promote the features and benefits of Family’s products relevant to the customer’s needs and

ensure customers have all necessary factual information to enable them to decide whether to buy on a non advised basis

- Look for opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell Family’s products.

- Keep up to date with any changes to products, processes and procedures, to ensure the

customer is given the correct and relevant information.

- Assist the team in meeting the Call Centre SLAs.

- Complete all administrative processes within agreed timescales.

- Expected to be compliant with regulatory and Society policies and procedures.

- Adhere to customer service quality standards.
