This is a great opportunity for multi skilled engineer to join this leading food company who supply products to supermarkets UK wide. These are exciting and challenging times for our Client and they need people who will make a difference and add value to their already strong and effective team of Engineers.
You will be responsible for breakdown and re-active maintenance on a range of equipment used within the process and packaging of food based products. The machinery that you will be maintaining and repairing will include fillers, high speed packaging equipment and conveyors. This will see you working on variable speed drives and fault finding on PLC based systems, mainly Allen Bradley.
For the role you will need to be an electrically biased multi-skilled maintenance engineer, qualified with City & Guilds or equivalent level qualifications. If you have a mechanical qualification with experience in water treatment and gas/oil fired boilers this would certainly be advantageous.
Hours of work will be based on a permanent night shift basis. Salary will be in the region of £38 - £40K
