New to our portfolio in 2011 is a business focussed on the sale of wheelchair accessible vehicles and vehicle adaptations with the aim of giving mobile independence to our customers with disabilities. Our Accountants are expected to be the best in the industry and as a successful and growing business we make no apologies for being highly selective in the calibre of new Accountants joining our business.

As such exceptional leadership skills are required as well as a proven track record within the role, or equivalent experience in purchase & sales ledger, cash book & reconciliation. You will ideally be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Kerridge accountancy software however this is not essential. Excellent numerical and administrative ability are essential tools for this position and you will also have the ability to communicate effectively with all financial and non-financial colleagues, clients and customers.
We are looking for individuals who possess the following competencies:
• Leading and Supervising
• Writing and Reporting
• Deciding and Initiating Action
• Analysing
• Planning and Organising
• Excellent IT and Numeracy Skills
• A full, valid UK driving license
Role & Responsibilities
The Accountants primary role is to provide the General Manager with financial support to drive operational performance. In addition, they clearly are responsible for the smooth running of the entire accounts function. A key aspect of the role is the delivery of timely and accurate management accounts and their integration into the Group's standard structures. You will maintain and develop controls to maximise returns and cash flow and utilise your financial and management experience to ensure the effective running of the dealership.
