A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a number of experienced project support / coordination with previous financial services experience, to join a well-known financial institution in Aylesbury.
You will ideally be working within a PMO / Project function, with a proven track record of providing outstanding administrative support within a financial services environment.
You will provide general administration functions such as collating outstanding information, diary management, creating MI reporting, booking meeting rooms, etc. You will be experienced in dealing with a high level of complexity and working within a fast-moving, pressurised environment.
This role would ideally suit someone currently working within a project office function, with experience dealing with project stakeholders and the ability to challenge stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of information critical to the project’s success.
Experience:
• Previous financial services experience is essential
• Proven ability to plan, organise and deliver on workloads in a pressurised environment
• Previous administration experience, such as collating and co-ordinating outstanding information, scanning/copying, management of diary/chase processes, booking meeting rooms, etc.
• Excellent working knowledge of typical banking systems and programmes, such as MS SharePoint
• Previous experience working on complex regulated complaints projects would be desirable - Providing administrative support to experienced case handlers with speed and efficiency
• Experienced supporting and interacting with stakeholders of all levels
Skills and competencies:
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders up to a senior level and manage timely delivery of information, where required
• Provide quality deliverables within a fast-moving, pressurised environment
• Highly developed organisation skills, with outstanding attention to detail
