This is great opportunity for an experienced client administrator to effectively support an investment manager within a well-established and forward thinking company.
Our client is an AIM listed, integrated, wealth management group. They were founded on the idea that there was a better way of providing private client investment services. 20 years on, that foundation stone of doing things differently is still the basis of the company.
They now have an opportunity within their Manchester team to take responsibility for all new client administration and proactively manage existing client documentation including the processing of application forms and client accounts. In addition to acting as the first point of contact for client and Professional Advisor queries, a large amount of communication with clients and advisors to resolve administrative queries and support will form part of this role. You will also assist with the preparation, formatting and distribution of documentation such as application packs, and be responsible for the establishment and maintenance of compliant client records via the Figaro database. Other general administrative duties such as scanning, filing, post and other adhoc project work will also be required.
The successful candidate will have previous work experience or an interest in financial services and be committed to establishing a career in the industry. Our client are encouraging applications from proactive, resourceful and enthusiastic candidates that will use their initiative and take a positive approach to developing the role to its full potential. You must be computer literate, well organised and detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
