An excellent opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to work for a leading company that specialises in packaging machines and automation. The company has built a solid reputation within the food and pharmaceutical industry since it was first established over 70 years ago. This SME which employs over 40 staff can boast 10 years average time served for it loyal staff. As the business takes on the next step of its strategic growth the company can offer exiting prospects for its Field Service Engineers.
As the Field Service Engineer your duties will include:
• Reporting to the Service Manager.
• Based from home and covering a small client base in the Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Wiltshire and Hampshire counties.
• Service, repair, maintenance & installation of packaging equipment including inkjet marking, labelling, check weighing & metal detection.
• Fault finding on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Working Monday to Friday Only - core hours 08.45 - 17.15
Product training given in Italy, Spain & Switzerland
An ideal Field Service Engineer will hold the following skills and experiences:
• Electrical biased multi skilled engineer.
• Experience working within a Field Service position.
• Experience working with packaging machine or similar electro mechanical equipment.
• Must be prepared to be flexible on travelling.
In return you will be paid a salary of £25,000 + Bonus Circa £5.5k + Overtime + Company Car (Saloon) + Fuel Card + Private Mileage + Company Credit Card + I Pad + I Phone + Laptop + Private Health + 25 days holiday + Pension
