Due to further growth our Client, a prestigious telecoms company based in Livingston, has opportunities available for B2B Lead Generators to join their growing team.
As a Lead Generator your role will be to make outbound calls to generate qualified business leads for follow up by the Sales team. The successful candidates will be responsible for meeting and exceeding targets set, while ensuring excellent standards of customer service and strong customer relationships are developed.
The ideal Lead Generator will:
• Have previous sales or lead generation experience
• Ideally have business to business, however a strong sales/lead gen background within B2C will also be considered
• Be money driven with the drive to succeed
• Be self motivated and enjoy working to targets
• Be tenacious and able to handle rejection.
This is a fantastic entry level opportunity where the successful candidates will be developed in to a direct sales role within the desk based team.
The successful Lead Generators will earn a basic starting salary of £14,000 pa with regular reviews in line with performance, as well as uncapped bonus (OTE £800 to £1,000 per month). As well as fantastic earning potential, the Lead Generators will have the opportunity to develop within the sales team.
